    Contact us via phone or visit our contact us page to fill out the form to schedule an initial consultation for free. During this meeting, we will go over your preferences and budget to tailor our services to your specific needs.
  • How does the styling process work?
    1. We start with a consultation to understand your needs and preferences, and the purpose of the space. This can be done in-person or virtually. 2. Our stylist will do an inspection and provide a proposal tailored to your needs. 3. Once the proposal has been approved and paid, our team will schedule the installation for your preferred date and time. 4. We will arrange the key collection, delivery and installation process, and will notify you once everything has been set up. The installation process typically takes between 1 to 3 days.
  • Do you work with clients remotely?
    Absolutely. We understand that our clients may not always be available for in-person meetings. Through virtual consultations, video calls, and emails, our team can effectively work with you at any time, from any location.
  • How long will the project take to complete?
    For furniture packages, the lead time for ordering, delivery, and installation ranges from 2 to 10 weeks, subject to item availability.
  • Can you work within my budget?
    Our pricing is customised based on the scope of your project. We offer transparent pricing and will provide you with a detailed quotation before we move forward to the next steps.
  • What are your payment terms?
    A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your furniture selection prior to proceeding the order. The remaining balance must be paid 1 week before we deliver and install the furniture.
  • Could you provide examples of your previous projects?
